7 Reasons You Must Become A Leader

"By leading without a title, you can make a difference, inspire others, and create a lasting legacy." - Esther Chika Abedje

If you don't lead, who will? Just imagine everyone is waiting for who will take the first step or who will lead. God Himself is counting on you to be a leader; don't fail Him, your Family, your Generation and yourself. There's more to you, and what you have is enough. Start with what you have, and where you are. You can also affect lives.

First and foremost, you should lead because that's also a way of giving back to the world. In other words, God has deposited so much in you, utilize your potentials and giftings. These are just few points:

1. It Guarantees Influence: You can influence those around you through your actions, words, and attitude. People want to get acquitted with you because they know you can help them achieve their goals or dreams. Mind you, influence is earned.

Impact - Influence - Income

This above order will give you some clarity. Thus, your impact will determine your influence, and your influence will determine your income.

2. It Creates Self-awareness: You can develop a deeper understanding of yourself, your strengths, and your weaknesses. It gives you courage and makes you resilience, facing challenges head-on. If you don't try something you never can tell what you can do.

3. It Makes You Open-minded: You can remain open-minded and receptive to new ideas and perspectives, which also enhances your growth as well. He that waters others shall be watered also. Make yourself a well for others to come drink from your well of knowledge.

4. It Brings Personal Fulfillment: You can find purpose and meaning in your life. By leading without a title, you can make a difference, inspire others, and create a lasting legacy.

5. It Helps You In Networking: You can build relationships and connections with others, expanding your network. You can engage with your community, making a positive impact on those around you. Setting example for others, demonstrating leadership skills and character.

6. You Can Mentor and Coach Others: Leadership is about helping others to grow and develop their potentials. It makes you an innovation catalyst, because you can spark innovation and creativity, finding new solutions to problems. It also helps you develop valuable skills like communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking. But if you choose to shy away from leadership, you'll not be able to achievement this.

7. It Helps You In Your Personal Branding: You can establish yourself as a thought leader, and building your personal brand. You can leave a lasting legacy that goes beyond any title or position. That's the goal. When your name is mentioned anywhere, it should ring a good bell.

YOU CAN ALSO BECOME A LEADER. SEE YOU AT THE TOP.
